Parkrun Dundalk had it’s first successful run on Saturday 6th June with 84 people of all abilities turning out on the morning.
Louth Local Sports Partnership is delighted to have supported the set up of this Parkrun. Parkrun is a novel concept which has proven to be very successful in other countries, and has been introduced to Ireland in recent years. There are no barriers to taking part and no entry fee. Parkrun gives people that first experience of taking part in a structured and timed event, without the competitive element which some beginners might find off-putting.

It is a 5km run – it’s you against the clock.
When is it?
