Louth Local Sports Partnership is delighted to announce the opening of the 2026 Small Club Grant Scheme, which provides financial support to sports clubs and community groups across County Louth.
The Small Club Grant Scheme is designed to support local organisations that provide sport and physical activity opportunities, helping them to grow participation, strengthen governance and create more inclusive and sustainable clubs within their communities.
Supporting Grassroots Sport in Louth
Through the Small Club Grant Scheme, Louth LSP aims to support clubs and groups that are:
- Increasing participation in sport and physical activity
- Improving inclusion and accessibility, particularly for underrepresented groups
- Supporting volunteers, coaches and leaders
- Strengthening governance and long-term sustainability
The scheme reflects Louth LSP’s ongoing commitment to supporting grassroots sport and ensuring that people of all ages and abilities have opportunities to be active in their local communities.
Who Can Apply?
The grant scheme is open to:
- Sports clubs
- Community groups
that deliver sport and physical activity opportunities within County Louth.
Please note that schools are not eligible to apply under this scheme.
