The Louth Sports Partnership Volunteer of the Year Awards recognise and celebrate the outstanding contribution made by volunteers to sport, physical activity and community wellbeing throughout County Louth.
Every day, volunteers give their time, energy and expertise to support clubs, organisations, events and programmes across the county. Whether coaching a team, serving on a committee, organising activities, maintaining facilities, fundraising, officiating competitions or supporting participants behind the scenes, volunteers are the backbone of community sport.
The Volunteer of the Year Awards provide an opportunity to acknowledge these invaluable contributions and to say thank you to those individuals who help create positive, inclusive and welcoming sporting environments for people of all ages and abilities.
Nominations
We invite sports clubs and community groups to nominate volunteers who have made an outstanding contribution to sport and physical activity in County Louth.
