What is the Polar Plunge?
The Polar Plunge dares you to jump into freezing cold water, hence the name Freezin’ for a Reason!
Not only do you get the chance to re-invigorate your body but it’s a great way to kick of your Christmas season as we have plenty of festive cheer at our plunge locations.
Please note if you are under the age of 18, adult consent must be given on the day of the event before you can plunge. A copy of this waiver will also be emailed to you after you register online at https://community.specialolympics.ie/mcf/polar-plunge-leinster
