Aims of the Course?
To provide the learner with the knowledge and skills of Basic Emergency First Aid. Accidents happen. It is how you deal with them that makes the difference.
Employers have an obligation under the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Regulations to make adequate and appropriate First Aid provision for their workforce.
But what happens if the designated First Aider is on holidays or off sick?
The more people that are trained in vital First Aid skills in the workplace the better the chances are of a successful outcome. It creates a safer environment for staff members and customers alike.

- CPR/AED
- Bleeding and Wounds
- Treatment for Shock
- Heart Conditions
- Fractures
- Sprains & Strains
- Unconsciousness & the Recovery Position
Who should attend?
This course is aimed at anyone in the workplace as you never know who might be first at the scene of an accident.
Duration: 2 hours
Each participant will receive a certificate of attendance issued by ER Training which is valid for 2 years.
